Petromax Wrought-Iron Pan 32cm

Wrought iron is similar to cast iron in that it needs to be seasoned and cared for, and like cast iron it develops a fantastic non stick surface with use. A wrought iron pan heats up faster than a cast iron pan, but also cools down faster. A big advantage of wrought iron is that it is lighter than cast iron.
